We accept the following payment methods:
- International Bank transfer – (add. 0.02% handling fees + your bank may charge for international transfer)
- Online Money Transfer like Xoom, Ria, sendvalu – (add. 0.02% handling fees + the provider may charge for transfer)
Credit Card/Paypal: As we want to offer the most economic payment methods for you, we, unfortunately, do not offer the Credit Card or PayPal method yet, as the money transfer costs to Ecuador using these methods are very high (6.4%). But, you can use your credit card with the online money transfer options.
Payment Policy:
- At time of the booking, a minimum deposit of at least 30% has to be paid to guarantee reservations.
- Full payment latest 80 days before tour starts.
- Any flight costs need to be paid in full at the moment of booking to guarantee seats.
- All payment fees from banks, third-party banks or online payment services must be paid by the customer. Respect Travel does not cover any money transfer fees.
- If the payment is not received by us within at least 70 days before tour starts, we consider the booking as cancelled and our cancellation policy applies.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is subject to a written statement of the traveler in advance or if the outstanding payment after deposit has not been received 70 days before departure.
In the event of cancellation, the respective cancellation conditions of the operators will be valid. Please contact us in time to clarify the conditions. In any case:
- All airfares are non-refundable.
- 15% processing fees are always retained.
